At AJ Crystal, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent refund process.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in 100% original condition.

  • Products should be returned with original packaging, including the box and any accessories.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

  • The refunded amount will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will only be issued after the product passes our quality inspection.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from our side.

  • Return Window: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility:

    • Returns are not accepted for hygiene-related products (like beauty tools or wearables) unless they arrived damaged.

  • Damaged/Wrong Item?
    Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace or refund your item ASAP.
